Panel Processing specializes in custom fabricated and finished flat panel components such as sample boards and sample display racks. Sample boards are a necessity for display in the tile and flooring industry. These boards are utilized for displaying samples of carpet, tile, wood flooring, shingles and more. Panel has been providing sample boards for the industry for years and with our extensive fabrication capabilities, we provide every option to make your display program a success. We can silk screen copy, digital ink jet print or apply a printed litho mounting. Fabrication includes cutting to size; CNC routing to shape; point to point drilling; bullnosing; edge painting; tee molded edges; CNC contour and straight line edge banding; 4x8 screen printing; foil, vinyl and laminated finishes.
